Lisa Beisteiner ist Partnerin unserer Kanzlei und Expertin für nationale und internationale Streitbeilegung mit Schwerpunkt auf internationaler und nationaler Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit und Vertretung vor staatlichen Gerichten.

Lisa Beisteiner verfügt über umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Beratung und Vertretung von Mandanten in Handels- und Investitionsschiedsverfahren unter unterschiedlichen institutionellen Regelwerken, wie z.B. den ICC-, VIAC-, UNCITRAL- und ICSID-Rules. Sie ist regelmäßig als Schiedsrichterin in Verfahren nach den ICC-, VIAC- und DIS-Regeln sowie in ad hoc Verfahren tätig, unter anderem als vorsitzende Schiedsrichterin und Einzelschiedsrichterin. Darüber hinaus vertritt Lisa Beisteiner Mandanten vor den österreichischen Gerichten in Unternehmens- und Gesellschafterstreitigkeiten.

Sie berät Mandanten aus allen Branchen, zuletzt mit Schwerpunkten in den Bereichen Energiewirtschaft, Bauwirtschaft und Post-M&A. Ihre Tätigkeit umfasst auch die Beratung internationaler und nationaler Mandanten bei der Gestaltung komplexer Verträge und in Vergleichsverhandlungen, wobei sie dabei auf ihre umfassende Erfahrung als Streitbeilegungsexpertin aufbauen kann.

Lisa trägt regelmäßig zu aktuellen Themen der internationalen und nationalen Streitbeilegung vor und hat zahlreiche Publikationen in ihrem Fachgebiet verfasst. Sie ist Mitglied des Vorstands der Young Austrian Arbitration Practitioners, als dessen Co-Chair sie bis 2020 fungierte, sowie Mitglied des Nationalen Beirats der VIAC. Lisa ist Absolventin der Universität Wien (Mag.iur. 2005, Dr.iur. 2008, beide mit Auszeichnung) sowie zertifizierte Mediatorin.

Lisa arbeitet auf Englisch (fließend) sowie Deutsch (Muttersprache), und hat gute Kenntnisse in Französisch und Spanisch.
