Expanding Our Team: Welcoming Three Legal Talents to Our London Office!

We are thrilled to announce the latest growth at our law firm with the addition of three exceptional legal minds to our London office.

Caroline Pennington joins us as a Senior Associate. She brings a wealth of experience in international supply, carriage, and storage of commodities. Caroline Pennington specialises in shipping and commodities law, handling contentious and non-contentious matters for prominent clients, including trading houses, bunker suppliers, oil and gas majors, and shipowners. Her expertise covers international trade arbitrations, English High Court proceedings, and advisory services, involving a wide range of contracts. She also brings valuable commercial experience from a long term secondment at one of the world’s premier trading houses, and she is a fluent Spanish speaker.

Zoé Pajot joins us as an associate with a strong background in shipping law and dispute resolution. She has experience advising clients on maritime contracts such as ship construction, refit, sale & purchase; marine insurance policies; carriage and related services agreements or terms & conditions. She has previously practiced in both France and New Zealand.

Anastasiia Demidova, a dual-qualified associate (New York and Russia), expands our expertise in international arbitration and high-value court disputes. She also gained experience at the General Legal Division of the United Nations in New York, where she assisted the Arbitration & Claims cluster with representing the UN in civil and commercial disputes.

We warmly welcome Caroline, Zoé, and Anastasiia to our one global team!
