Zoé Pajot is an Associate with our firm and an expert in shipping law, including dispute resolution and advisory.

She has experience advising clients on maritime contracts such as ship construction, refit, sale & purchase; marine insurance policies; carriage and related services Agreements or Terms & Conditions.

She represented P&I clubs, Owners, Charterers, Shipping Lines, Cargo Interests and Marine Insurers in various maritime related disputes, such as cargo claims, charterparty disputes and marine insurance claims. She also advised on regulatory issues, casualties (such as collisions and salvage), as well as ship arrests.

Zoé practiced in France (Civil System) and New Zealand (Common Law System) before joining the firm in 2023.

Zoé has authored numerous publications in her field and has been President of Young Professionals in Yachting association (NZ branch).
