Andrijana Mišović is an Associate with our firm, where she specializes in international dispute resolution, with a focus on international investment and commercial arbitration. She has experience in advising and representing clients in commercial and investment arbitration under various sets of rules, including the ICC, UNCITRAL and ICSID rules.
Andrijana is a graduate of Harvard Law School (LL.M. 2018) and University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law (LL.B. 2012, LL.M. 2013). She is admitted to the New York bar (2019). During her legal education, she received prestigious awards in the field of international law, the most notable being the Diploma of the Hague Academy of International Law (2016).
Before joining Zeiler Floyd Zadkovich, Andrijana worked as a Research Associate at Harvard Business School and Course Instructor for Public International Law and The Law of European Integration at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law.
Andrijana regularly holds lectures for students in the field of international law. She is a member of several professional organizations, including Young Austrian Arbitration Practitioners (YAAP), Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG), Harvard European Law Association (HELA) and Harvard Alumni Association (HAA).
Andrijana works in English (fluent) and Serbian/Bosnian/Croatian (native) and has solid knowledge in German and Russian.
Highlights of Andrijana’s work include the following:
Representation of an Eastern European state in an investment arbitration against a Dutch investor in the commodity trading sector (EUR 120 million, PCA).
Representation of a Southern European state in an investment arbitration against EGS regarding the privatisation of a power plant (EUR 72 million, ICSID).
Representation of an Eastern European company in arbitral proceedings against an Eastern European municipality (USD 25 million, ICC).
