ZFZ Hosts Annual MAA International Commercial Law & Arbitration Conference 2023
The annual installment of the Moot Alumni Association International Commercial Law & Arbitration Conference is coming up in just 3 weeks‘ time (Friday, 31 March), and this year, the event’s held at the ZFZ Vienna offices!
This year, the program’s filled to the brim with an exciting agenda – starting with words of welcome given by Gerold Zeiler, an arbitration keynote address by Anna Masser, proceeding to a panel on arbitrability of corruption with Thomas Herbst, Eric Leikin, Eden Jardine, moderated by Bianca McDonnell, a panel on stay and bifurcation requests with Allison Torline, Tim Robbins, Alicja Zielinska-Eisen, moderated by Carlotta Bruessel, a keynote address on the CISG given by Ulrich Schroeter, panel on misrepresentation and avoidance under the CISG with Anthony Daimsis, Nadia Ohlhoff-Smahi, Friederike Schäfer, moderated by Dr. Natia Lapiashvili, LL.M., and with final closing remarks given by Yashraj Samant (and still more to be revealed!).
